prepared with homemade applesauce, local fruits in season,
organic coconut oil and 100% bovine gelatin
A rich and velvety treat of local honey,
roasted carob powder, coconut flakes, Celtic sea salt, seeds and nut butters
Hot Salty Broth / Chicken Soup
A traditional first food to new mothers in many cultures, broth is a tonic to your immune
system and encourages the cellular healing process. Prepared to extract the
most nutrients from the chicken, with celery, carrots, potatoes, parsley and apple cider vinegar.
A beautiful blood red color, beet kvass serves as a restorative tonic as well as a powerful
color therapy tool. Organic (and local when in season) beets are chopped and combined
with Celtic sea salt and whey to create a lacto-fermented, slightly carbonated beverage. Is also excellent throughout labor.
Sauerkraut / Lacto-Fermented Veggies and Fruits
